Review: I ordered this dress from SHEIN and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The dress itself arrived without any tags, which already raised concerns about quality control. The sizing was also completely off — it was much bigger than expected, so I requested a return the same day I received it. Despite returning the item in the exact same condition as received, my return was rejected for “not meeting requirements,” which makes no sense given that the item was delivered to me without tags in the first place. This feels unfair and misleading. Customers should not be penalized for issues that come from the seller’s side. I would recommend being cautious when ordering, especially if you may need to return items.
